In one of our first interactions, we had MCS install new computers and update our dental software. The technician came to the office thinking he was going to install four new computers and he did. However, the job was far more detailed that expected. He ended up working from 1pm to 9:30pm on a friday and didn’t leave until he knew we would be operational for Monday Morning… and without charging us extra!
